Cold fusion article in current Wired Magazine

The latest issue of Wired Magazine (November 1998, Issue 6.11)
contains a lengthy and interesting article on cold fusion, finding
that many respectable scientists are still working on it.
"What if Cold Fusion is Real?" by Charles Pratt
"It was dismissed as scientific schlock, maybe fraud, nearly
a decade ago and journals refuse to print a single word on it.
So why is cold fusion still being researched in labs around
the world?"
For anyone interested in the topic, the article is well worth the
price of the magazine, which should be on store shelves now.
My favorite part is a quote from physicist Max Planck:
"A new scientific truth does not triumph by convincing its
opponents and making them see the light, but rather because
its opponents eventually die, and a new generation grows up
that is familiar with it."
